Backing Up pfSense Configuration #
Step 1: Open Backup & Restore
Diagnostics → Backup & Restore.
Step 2: Backup or Restore
- Backup: click Download Configuration to save a full backup file.
- Restore: click Browse to select a backup file, then click Restore Configuration.
⚠ pfSense will automatically reboot after restoring. Ensure the backup file is valid and from a compatible version.
